We are happy to exchange or refund.
Buy with confidence as we only offer Genuine Harris Tweed, the best quality at competitive prices we will never substitute for anything other than this.
If you return any stock item for an exchange within 14 days of receipt we will exchange once received as quickly as possible,we will send your exchange to you post free. (Please do not return the hangers as this will save on postage costs.)
Equally should you wish a refund this will be made in Pounds Sterling for any part of your order once received, as soon as possible, there is no refund on any postage or courier charges, no questions asked. (It may take your bank up to a further 5 days to process and credit your account.)
Please ensure that returned goods are not unnecessarily handled, worn or ticketing removed. If so we may make a deduction from any reimbursement for less in value of any goods. (For Christmas & New Year gift purchases in advance we are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days after the 1st of January.)
If Returning from the USA
The USPS is the least expensive and easiest to clear at our side.
Please do not use Fed Ex to return any goods. They charge a handling fee at this end which will be applied to your account.
Made to order and Custom Made items please allow a make time of 6-8 weeks and Bespoke (made to measure) 8-12 weeks, allowing for cloth availability and any holiday periods.
Once work has commenced may be cancelled; however if you wish us to commence work immediately you will wave your distance selling right to cancel within 14 days.
Finished garments made to customer measurements are final and none returnable, however should minor adjustments be required we are always happy to undertake these.
Payment can be made using a major credit card (AmEx, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Delta) cash, cheque or bank transfer in Pounds Sterling, sorry no COD. This is taken on placing your order.
Whilst we will make all effort to ensure that goods meet a delivery request date, this date does not form any part of a contract, such dates may at times not be possible because of supply, courier delays, customs handling delays and other factors out with our control.
All dispatches will have a return/exchange form with your customer order number please quote this regarding any queries.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We comply with UK/EU Customer Contract Regulations.
In the unlikely event of any dispute this will be governed by the relevant courts within the UK.
